ONLINE BOOKING POLICY:

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please try to fill out your health history intake form that is emailed to you prior to your appointment time as I will have to use your treatment time to fill it out if it is not completed in advance.

CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time or else the cancellation will require a payment of 50% of your treatment fee. NO SHOWS to booked appointments will require a payment of 100% of your treatment fee. Exceptions can be made for emergencies, but please try to reach out to the clinic in advance if possible!

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
